We contacted Barbara on a Friday around noon and set up an appointment to see the house at 3:00 pm that day. She gave us a great tour of the house and answered all our questions about the house. We did not know about the rules and regulations about the HOA. She emailed us the HOA regulations. That evening we told her we wanted to bid on the house. We told her what we wanted to offer and she said she would write up a proposal. She came to our house the next night and went over the contract with us. We signed the proposal and she took our offer back to the owners. Our offer was accepted on Monday afternoon. Barbara got things rolling and we closed on the house on Dec. 29, 2014

Barbara helped me purchase my property so it seemed only fitting that she was the agent to help me sell.
From the very start she was a huge benefit.
She researched the market depth of our area and we determined a viable listing price.
She made all the arrangements for our open house; advising and accommodating our pets, staging the house and fielding offers.

Barbara was excellent in selling our existing home and went above and beyond finding our new house. We purchased a foreclosed home and she worked very diligently and was very vigorous with the bank to expedite a faster closing. Amongst many things Barbara did for us, she assisted us in obtaining a loan, walked our 100lb crazy black lab during open houses and even surprised our children with a volleyball net for our new pool home.
